1. Agreement and account
By accessing or using Zulora AI, you agree to these Terms of Service and the applicable privacy terms published by Zulora AI. If you do not agree, do not use the service. The service is operated by Shiven Panwar (Zulora AI).
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure, maintaining accurate account information, and all activity that occurs through your account. You must be legally able to enter into these terms. If you use Zulora on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it to these terms.
2. Acceptable use
Use Zulora only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:
- Violate another person's privacy, intellectual property, or other legal rights, or upload content you do not have permission to use.
- Use the service to create, distribute, or facilitate malware, fraud, harassment, exploitation, violence, or other unlawful or harmful activity.
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, data, or connected services, or interfere with service security or availability.
- Bypass usage limits, abuse APIs, scrape the service, reverse engineer protected service components, or use automated access in a way that degrades the service.
- Use generated output or connected accounts to mislead others about the source, accuracy, or authorship of material where disclosure is required by law or policy.
When connecting Google Workspace or Zulora Drive, you authorize only the actions you request and are responsible for reviewing actions that send, create, modify, or delete content.
3. Your content and Zulora intellectual property
You retain any rights you hold in content you submit. You grant Zulora a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate the features you request, maintain security, and provide support.
Zulora and its licensors retain all rights in the Zulora service, software, design, trademarks, branding, and documentation. These terms do not transfer ownership of those materials to you. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Zulora materials except as allowed by law or with written permission.
AI-generated content may not be unique, and applicable law or a third-party model provider's terms may affect the rights available to you. You are responsible for checking outputs before using or publishing them.
4. AI features and third-party services
AI responses, images, code, and other generated material can be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, or unsuitable for your purpose. Review outputs before relying on them. Zulora does not provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice through generated content.
Google APIs, Firebase, and AI inference providers may be used to provide features you request. Their services may be subject to separate terms and privacy practices. Your use of connected Google services remains subject to Google's terms and policies. Zulora's public privacy terms explain how connected data is handled.
5. Availability, plans, and changes
Features, models, usage limits, and plan availability may change. Any applicable price, quota, renewal, or cancellation terms will be presented through the relevant purchase or account flow. You are responsible for reviewing those terms before making a purchase.
We may update these terms as the service changes. When an update is material, we will take reasonable steps to provide notice. Continued use after the effective date of an update means you accept the revised terms, to the extent permitted by law.
6. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Zulora at any time and may request account deletion through Account Settings or by contacting support. We may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary to investigate suspected abuse, protect users or service security, comply with law, address non-payment, or enforce these terms. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.
On termination, your permission to use the service ends. Data handling and deletion are described in Zulora's public privacy terms; deleting a Zulora AI account does not automatically clear a separately authenticated Zulora Drive account.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or the accuracy or fitness of AI outputs.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zulora AI and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, or goodwill arising from use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited.
